Can operators edit their own website content?

Yes. Admin users can update site settings, template selection, and package details without code changes.

Do templates have different features?

No. Templates share the same data model and workflow. Differences are visual hierarchy and layout style.

How are leads managed?

New leads are stored per tenant and appear in admin with status controls for contacted, quoted, booked, or closed lost.

Can we require waivers before setup?

Yes. Enable waiver required in Site Settings and add your waiver URL to show a clear public waiver notice.

Can we track signed waivers manually?

Yes. Use the Waiver Tracking admin section to log customer name, date, provider, and optional notes.

What if waiver required is enabled with no waiver link?

The public site shows a fallback message instructing customers to contact the operator for waiver completion.

Is data tenant-isolated?

Yes. Row-level security policies scope tenant data based on active tenant user memberships.

Can unpublished sites still be reviewed?

Yes. Tenant admins can use preview mode to inspect template options before publishing.
