Bounce house party setup for customers

Can I explore it before setting anything up?

Yes. Start with the live template demos and booking pages so you can see what customers would experience.

What do I need to start my own preview?

Your business name, rentals, photos, prices, service area, contact info, and any notes customers usually ask about.

Can I edit my own website content?

Yes. Admin users can update site settings, design choices, and package details without touching code.

Do templates change the product features?

No. Templates change the presentation layer, not the underlying website, lead, waiver, or publishing workflow.

How are leads managed?

Leads are stored per tenant and surfaced in admin with clear statuses for contacted, quoted, booked, and closed-lost workflows.

Can we require waivers before setup?

Yes. Add your waiver URL and enable waiver-required messaging so the public site communicates it clearly.

Can we track waivers manually?

Yes, on Pro plans. Starter and Growth can configure waiver links and waiver-required messaging, while manual waiver logging is a Pro feature.

Can unpublished sites still be reviewed?

Yes. Preview mode lets the operator inspect the public experience before going live.

Is tenant data isolated?

Yes. Tenant isolation is part of the platform model and access is scoped to active tenant membership.

When does billing matter?

You can set up the workspace first, but an active Starter subscription is required before making the website live.
