How are leads managed?
Leads are stored per tenant and surfaced in admin with clear statuses for contacted, quoted, booked, and closed-lost workflows.
Can we require waivers before setup?
Yes. Add your waiver URL and enable waiver-required messaging so the public site communicates it clearly.
Can we track waivers manually?
Yes. BounceOS includes a waiver tracking area for logging signed waivers, provider references, and notes.
Can unpublished sites still be reviewed?
