Privacy Policy

This policy is drafted for BounceOS as a SaaS product under KM2 LLC and is designed to set cleaner operator-versus-platform boundaries. It is not a substitute for legal advice.

Last updated: March 7, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how KM2 LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with BounceOS. It applies to information collected through the BounceOS marketing site, operator accounts, public tenant sites powered by BounceOS, and related support interactions.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect account information, business details, billing details, login and device metadata, support communications, tenant configuration data, website content, package information, lead submissions, booking request data, waiver-tracking data, and usage analytics needed to operate and secure BounceOS.

3. Sources of Information

Information may be collected directly from you, from users acting under your account, from visitors who submit forms on sites powered by BounceOS, from integrated third-party providers, and automatically from browsers, devices, and platform logs.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain the platform, authenticate users, host and render sites, process booking inquiries, send operational communications, administer subscriptions, monitor performance, prevent abuse, enforce terms, provide customer support, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Tenant Role and Controller Notice

BounceOS generally acts as a service provider or processor for tenant operators with respect to customer and lead data submitted to tenant sites. Each tenant operator is responsible for providing its own customer-facing privacy disclosures, obtaining required consents, defining retention periods, and determining the legal basis for processing customer information.

6. Sharing of Information

We may share information with hosting providers, database vendors, payment processors, communications providers, analytics vendors, contractors, professional advisors, and other service providers that help us operate BounceOS. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, or asset sale.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

BounceOS and its providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, session identifiers, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, performance monitoring, analytics, fraud prevention, and site functionality. You can control some cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect service performance.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide BounceOS, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and backup records. Tenant operators are responsible for their own retention and deletion policies for customer-facing data they collect.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information, including access controls and tenant isolation measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit use of certain personal information. Requests involving data collected by a tenant operator should usually be directed to that operator first. Platform-level privacy requests may be submitted through BounceOS business contact channels.

11. Children's Privacy

BounceOS is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the BounceOS marketing site. Tenant operators are responsible for their own compliance obligations if they collect family or event information through public booking forms.

12. International and Cross-Border Processing

Information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our providers maintain infrastructure. By using BounceOS, you understand that information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your own.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version. The updated version becomes effective when posted unless otherwise stated.

14. Contact

Operators should publish their own customer privacy contact details on their public sites. Questions about this platform-level Privacy Policy may be sent to KM2 LLC at legal@bounceos.app.

Implementation note

If you collect marketing consent, geolocation, or payment information, add provider-specific disclosures and any state-required consumer-rights language before launch.
