This Privacy Policy applies to BounceOS as a SaaS platform used by tenant operators managing bounce house rental websites and lead workflows.

2. Data We Process

We process operator account data, tenant configuration data, package and website content, lead submissions, and waiver tracking records entered by authorized tenant users.

3. Tenant Responsibilities

Each tenant operator is responsible for the accuracy, lawful basis, retention, and customer disclosures for data they collect, including waiver and lead information.

4. How Data Is Used

BounceOS uses collected data to provide site hosting, admin workflows, lead management, and operational reporting. We do not sell tenant customer lists.

5. Access Controls

Tenant data is isolated with role-based access and row-level security controls tied to authenticated tenant user memberships.

6. Third-Party Services

Integrations such as external waiver providers are configured by tenants. Provider terms and privacy practices are outside BounceOS control.

7. Contact

Operators should provide their own customer privacy contact details on tenant websites. Platform-level questions should be sent to the BounceOS support contact.
