1. Service Overview

BounceOS provides software tools for tenant operators to manage rental websites, packages, leads, and waiver tracking records.

2. Operator-Controlled Content

Tenants are solely responsible for pricing, inventory claims, policy text, waiver links, customer messaging, and legal compliance in their jurisdiction.

3. Waiver Responsibility

BounceOS does not draft, validate, or enforce operator waiver documents. Operators must use their own waiver provider and legal counsel where needed.

4. Availability and Limits

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. BounceOS is not liable for lost bookings, business interruption, or third-party provider outages.

5. Data Accuracy

Operators must maintain accurate customer and operational records. BounceOS is not responsible for errors entered by tenant users.

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or process unlawful content through tenant websites.

7. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, security concerns, or non-payment under commercial agreements.
